A year that tells the story of thirty years of Project For Building

First of all, we celebrated the company’s thirtieth anniversary! 

And this important milestone was marked by the desire to communicate, loud and clear, the values that have always guided the way we do business: attention to people, continuous research and responsible innovation.

In fact, the year opened with an important step in terms of communication. The new website marked the beginning of a clearer and more transparent story. The project was designed to make Project For Building’s vision and the path undertaken towards concrete sustainability even easier to understand, built on everyday choices and targeted investments.

Shortly afterwards came the save the date that accompanied the whole first part of the year: an invitation to celebrate thirty years of history. A symbolic moment that opened the door to a narrative made not only of products and results, but above all of relationships built over time.

Throughout 2025, the Sustainability Report played a central role. Not as a simple document, but as a tool capable of telling what we do every day: transforming materials, energy and ideas into value for the environment and for people. A process that highlights how research, innovation and attention to processes are an integral part of every choice we make.

During the year, space was also given to the symbols of our tree, which represent PFB’s identity: Granchio, the formwork from which it all began, together with the concepts of versatility, resilience and the ability to reinvent itself. Values that do not remain abstract, but are reflected in the way the company grows and faces challenges.

But an important chapter of this special year was dedicated to people. Employees, technicians, workers, department managers: each with their own role, each an essential part of a shared project. The value of our company comes from the daily work of the people who live it together with us.

The most intense moment of the year, of course, came with the event for the thirtieth anniversary. An evening of emotions and recognition, where past and future met. Even the photos taken during the event convey that beautiful sense of sharing and trust. (if you’d like to see them, they’re in our calendar, in June 😉)

2025 was also a year of organisational development and innovation: new tools to improve processes, increasingly functional workspaces, and design solutions capable of opening up new possibilities. All pieces of a vision that looks ahead without forgetting its roots.

Telling the story of this year means telling the story of who we are today: a company that grows by putting people at the centre and making research and innovation the driving force behind every decision.

With this spirit, we look to the future, carrying with us the experience of thirty years and the desire to continue building new opportunities together.
