SAFE ROLL – dimpled membrane for below-ground walls
Safe Roll is a special dimpled membrane designed to protect underground walls. The “dimples”, truncated-cone protrusions that characterize the product, create air gaps within the insulating layer, allowing water to drain outward.
The dimpled membrane provides permanent mechanical protection and also shields the bituminous insulation layer from damage during backfilling of foundations and in the event of building settlement.
It is installed like a waterproofing product but also ensures proper ventilation of the external foundation wall.
This is a non-biodegradable material, resistant to chemical compounds, fungi, bacteria, and root growth. It maintains its properties over time and does not contaminate water it comes into contact with.

FEATURES
Supply and installation of protective dimpled HDPE membrane, type Safe Roll, thickness 0.5 mm, dimple height 8 mm, weight 500 g/m2, roll length 20 m, height ... Longitudinal overlaps must be at least 15 cm, and transversal overlaps at least 10 cm. Along the upper edge, the membrane must be nailed using steel nails and fixing washers at intervals of approx. 100 cm (variable depending on the height used).
A Profile accessory can be applied along the upper edge of Safe Roll to prevent soil from entering between the protection layer and the waterproofing during backfilling.
