SUB SLAB CALCULATION SOFTWARE
TECHNICAL SUPPORT DURING THE DESIGN PHASE
Our technical office supports client at 360°, from selecting the right products to their on-site installation. For this reason, Project has developed a software capable of evaluating the loads acting on a lightweight crawl space created with lost formwork system Granchio / MiniHercules / Hercules / SuperHercules.
Starting from the dimensional characteristics of the crawl space hypothesised by the designer and the type of subbase, the software provides:
maximum distributed load resistance;
maximum concentrated load resistance;
a complete report of all input and output data.
SUB DESIGN: FOR THE STUDY OF LIGHTWEIGHT BIDIRECTIONAL SLABS
The software meets the design needs of professionals working on lightweight bidirectional slabs with the Sub Pro / Sub One system, providing the necessary data to properly perform structural evaluation and pre-dimensioning analyses of the slab. Based on simple dimensional input data related to the slab and its reinforcement, this tool can provide, for example:
- comparison with a solid slab of equal deflection;
- modifiers of inertia and weight parameters to be considered in FEM analysis compared to a solid slab of equal thickness;
- resistant moment and shear values;
- an interactive 3D section of the created slab;
- assessment of punching shear from columns;
- a complete calculation report with all input and output data;
- a cost estimate of the quantities of materials used.

INJECTION MOLDING AND THIRD-PARTY PROCESSING.
Our 25 injection molding presses for plastic materials are also used for third-party molding. This extensive machinery fleet allows us to offer maximum flexibility to customers, who can mould pieces weighing just a few grams up to 50 kg in a single shot - while always ensuring maximum confidentiality.
